The project "Advancing towards the Empowerment of Arab Women, Nothing is impossible for you! " is an activity of JOB SHADOWING within the framework of the Erasmus+ program. It aims to empower women in the different countries of the EUROMEDITERRANEAN area increasing their employability, with the creation of new opportunities; to establish international norms to achieve gender equality, collaborating with governments and civil society in general in the creation of laws, policies, programs and necessary services that guarantee the equality and the participation of women in all areas of life protecting their rights.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES

  • Greater leadership and citizen participation of women in different spheres of society.
  • Economic and social empowerment.
    ​Promoting gender parity and equal opportunities.

  • Training and development of the women abilities, with the same facilities and opportunities as men.
