Del 14 al 21 de junio, participantes de nuestra organización tuvieron la increíble oportunidad de unirse al curso de formación Erasmus+ en la hermosa Jastrzębia Góra. 🏖️✨
Este proyecto fue organizado por la maravillosa Fundacja Better Together, y reunió a brillantes mentes como Lydia, Mica y Diego para abordar el problema apremiante de la desaparición de habilidades de comunicación interpersonal. 🗣️💬
Nuestro enfoque fue comprender y superar los errores de comunicación y los desafíos en el trabajo en equipo que se están volviendo más comunes en el mundo actual. A través de actividades participativas, exploramos la comunicación verbal y no verbal, identificando barreras y encontrando soluciones efectivas para mejorar nuestras interacciones. 🤝💡

Introducción
• Propósito del Proyecto: Enseñar cómo realizar y crear de manera correcta un proyecto.
Parte Teórica • Conocimientos Básicos:Describir los pasos a seguir y los documentos necesarios para iniciar y mantener un proyecto.
• Desarrollo de Habilidades: Discutir las habilidades necesarias para que el equipo funcione de manera eficiente y efectiva. Incluir tanto habilidades individuales como las necesarias para evaluar y seleccionar a los compañeros de equipo.
Parte Práctica Creación de la Idea y Borrador: •Crear una idea y un borrador de lo que sería nuestro proyecto. • Implementación y Aprendizaje Activo: Cómo se implementó lo aprendido en teoría y en habilidades de trabajo en grupo.
• Ejercicio Guiado por Fases:
- Generación de Ideas: Pensar en una idea y se ponerla en común. - Selección de Equipo y Decisión de Proyecto: Detallar el proceso. - Planificación y Ejecución: Describir cómo empezamos a buscar la manera de realizar el proyecto y a rellenar todos los pasos para poder hacerlo correctamente. - Asesoramiento Continuo: La profesora Borislava contribuyó en el asesoramiento y la guía a lo largo del proyecto.
Herramientas y Recursos
• Herramientas de Gestión de Proyectos: Reiterar algunas herramientas útiles mencionadas previamente, como Trello, Asana o Microsoft Project.
• Recursos de Aprendizaje Continuo: Proporcionar recursos adicionales para el aprendizaje y mejora continua en la gestión de proyectos. Conclusión
• Reflexión sobre el Aprendizaje: Invitar a la audiencia a reflexionar sobre lo que han aprendido y cómo pueden aplicar estos conocimientos en sus propios proyectos.

Aim
The project aims to empower youth by increasing their awareness of international development opportunities, enhancing their social awareness, improving their communication skills and personal branding for organizations, companies, and social projects, and fostering the development of critical thinking and advocacy skills.
Objectives:
1. Increase youth awareness of international development opportunities through targeted educational programs, workshops, and informational resources in rural areas. 2. Enhance social awareness among youth by organizing community engagement activities, awareness campaigns and volunteer opportunities focused on social issues in rural areas. 3. Improve youth communication skills by offering training sessions, mentoring programs, and practical exercises tailored to effective communication in professional and social contexts in rural areas. 4. Enhance basics on improving personal brand, project management, and networking strategies in rural areas. 5. Foster the development of critical thinking skills through interactive discussions, debates, case studies, and problem-solving activities aimed at analyzing complex social and developmental issues in rural areas. 6. Equip youth with advocacy skills through workshops, simulations, and hands-on experiences in advocating for causes, lobbying for change, and engaging with decision-makers at local and international levels in rural areas.
Methodology:
1. Capacity Building Workshops: Organize interactive workshops and training sessions facilitated by experts in each respective field in their environment. These workshops will cover topics such as: - International development trends and opportunities. - Social awareness campaigns and community engagement. - Effective communication techniques in professional and social settings. - Personal branding strategies for organizations, companies, and social projects. - Critical thinking exercises, case studies, and discussions. - Advocacy tactics, lobbying techniques, and engagement with stakeholders.
2. Experiential Learning Activities: Implement experiential learning activities to provide hands-on experience and reinforce learning.
